Return/Refund Policy

Returns: All items listed are final sale, if you have any problems or concerns about your products, please contact jackies.clayco@gmail.com or reach out through DM on Instagram-@jackiesclayco (Responses can take up to 48 hours).

•If you suspect a lost or stolen package:

Via USPS: You must wait 45 days for orders (US) before filing a claim for a lost package. 

Once orders are handed over to USPS, they are responsible for delivering these items to you. Please file a claim with your local post office before emailing me regarding your order. Once a claim is filed please email me so we can figure out the best solution.

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Shipping fees are not refundable

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong items. Please provide your name, order number and photos of damaged items. Replacements are offered only if items are damaged during shipping.

**Replacements are NOT issued after 2 weeks of receiving your items. Customers are responsible for taking proper care of items, please check out my "Earring Care" info located in the menu on the home page.
